Upgrade plan from free to pro / business - Code: 1258

Hi

I have been unsuccessfully trying to upgrade my account from free to Pro and it keeps showing an error as follows: The zone cannot be upgraded at this time. (Code: 1258)

The payment information is correct. I logged a ticket reference: 2739715 and requested a follow up as the response did not solve the problem.

Can someone look into this please.

What did the response say? It sounds like the zone was flagged for some issue.

Hi there,

Upgrade Your Plan1. Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard.

  1. Click the appropriate Cloudflare account.
  2. In the top-right corner, select Billing from your account profile.
  3. In the left-hand sidebar, click Subscriptions.
  4. In the Subscriptions table, click Edit on the subscription requiring upgrade.
  5. Choose your new plan type and follow the given instructions.
