We paid for the upgrade for Agricolae.eu on August 19th but after a week the plan is still in the “free” tier.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
we opened two tickets: 01042779 the 19th and 01042779 today.
For the first one we reiceved a request for the HAR file of the error, but there is no error, the payment went through, we replied to that but no other answers so far.
There are many similar thread in the forum without a solution, what should we do?

this is scary, 3 months?!
If I don’t get what I paid for in the coming days I’ll try to chargeback the transaction with paypal.
Unbelievable this level of support…
update: after 8 days since the payment we received a refund and a request to “try again” hoping that it works.
We are currently evaluating other providers.
