What is the issue you’re encountering

Documentation says the Streaming only account has to be cancelled before subscribing to Images & Streaming Starter Bundle - it is not clear if the video streaming service will be interrupted during this process.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Questions please:

  1. How does cancelling the Streaming plan work? If the renewal date is 2 weeks away do I have to cancel it now and then wait until it expires before subscribing to the Starter Bundle?
  2. Will the videos in the Streaming plan be automatically moved to the Starter Bundle plan?
  3. Why is this process not automated? When subscribing to the Starter Bundle why not automatically cancel the Streaming plan and move it all over to the new Images plan?
