3332602 & 3313116. The team will continue to communicate with you on the tickets as Billing issues need to be resolved by the Support team. I know Support is currently experiencing higher than normal demand for support services which is causing delayed response to our customers.

I don’t think there’s a logical reason for you to delay the response for more than 16 hours and the problem has not been resolved and the site is down from working all this time.

This is a very unfortunate thing and there is no respect for customers like this.
