Upgrade - Can't get in touch with Cloudflare Support

Hey everyone,
I’ve been getting the following error for over two weeks when I try to upgrade my storage/minutes on Stream:

Failed catalog product validation for key(stream.base.no_downgrade_from_v2) with message: Cannot downgrade from V2 plan (Code: 7541)

I know that there is already a ticket that Cloudflare is working on this. But we urgently need the upgrade to more minutes.

Does anyone have experience on how to best reach Cloudflare here? Ticket has been unanswered for 9 days…
