I’ve been trying to upgrade to pro for 5 months now, but cloudflare can’t process the payment
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve tryed using different bank cards + paypal.
I’ve created a support ticket on Cloudflare several months ago and then again 3 weeks ago ( case nr. 01260912 ) , but only received automated replies that are NOT helpful.
I tried emailing [email protected] but received an automated message saying they don’t accept billing issues on that email address anymore.
I’m honestly really disappointed with Cloudflare support at this stage. I’ve been trying to upgrade my plan since July this year… and received zero support with this issue.
