I added the MX record also added the nameserver which I want it to point to my hosting provider (server) instead of default one. Until now it say pending nameserver update
Hmm, are you sure you’re in the account you are using here? I do not think you are.
The site is active in your account here, pending in another account and I see mx records in that account. Make sure you’re logged into the account with the active zone, not the one with the pending nameserver update. You can verify that by going to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns, if you see the nameservers of
sullivan.ns.cloudflare.com
zara.ns.cloudflare.com
then you are in the correct account. If the nameservers are
I appreciate your support sir. Yes, the site is running but when I login into my Cloudflare account dashboard it says pending nameservers and the problem brought me here is that why that long time nameserver is at pending? All emails I created through the Cpanel aren’t receiving any emails, aren’t even sending emails.
This is the error which occur

Thus why I needed a way for the nameserver to be updated REMEMBER the namservers aren’t that of the Cloudflare! I added new one
Would be simple to change nameservers in other domain name registrars but here Cloudflare there no such option rather than adding them as DNS Records. I purchased this domain Cloudflare so it gives me difficulties on what I can do to make sure all emails I create works coz I’m trying to add DNS some of them give a warning sign with the message ‘Hostnames is not covered by a certificate’.
Yes I did and they are correct, I had my own Nameservers of another hosting which I added as the DNS record so Cloudflare could change them unfortunately they have not till now. That’s my issue
You can’t use external nameservers with a domain registered via Cloudflare.
As Cloonan explained, you probably see this issue because you are in the wrong account. What nameservers do you see assigned to your account on the page Cloonan mentioned?
I appreciate your answer Laudian and you’re right, the nameservers as cloonan said are correct.
What can I do now because all emails I created on Cpanel aren’t receiving or sending emails when I look on the email delieverability it says MX record need to added to the domain but to adding MX record to the domain ( on Cloudflare) it require first nameserver to be updated so it could connect Henzce be able to send and receive emails.
