Updating nameserver my site is down

I have updated nameservers provided by Cloudflare, since then my site is down, its been 14hours. I cant even loging to control panel

Greetings,

Thank you for asking.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue after a nameserver change.

Therefore, DNS propagation time usually takes up to 24 hours, or sometimes even longer to properly complete.

May I ask what is your domain name?

My domain name is https://www.pepmate.com, and please help me with the setup. My site is almost down more than 15 hours now.

When I try to access your website, I got Error 1016:

Regarding Cloudflare 1016 error, may I suggest you to try looking into below articles to troubleshoot the issue:

Are you using some kind of Cloudflare integration as a SaaS from your hosting provider like eZoic, Bluehost, SiteGround, Hostinger, Kinsta, etc?
It knows to be an issue when we use some hosting providers which enable SaaS for our domain name/website.
Kindly, ask them to re-check this and remove/delete if so.

I’d suggest you to follow the instructions from the article below as they are related to any SaaS integrator:

Therefore, just in case, kindly may I ask you to please re-check if the A or CNAME hostname if they are pointing to your new hosting / server IP address?

Otherwise if you have a CNAME hostname, switch it from :orange: to :grey: (DNS-only).

Furthermore, may I suggest you to:

  1. Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
  2. The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
  3. Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS.
  4. Only then should you un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s Full (Strict).
