So my name servers are pointing to kanye ns cloudflare and paris ns cloudflare and they work fine. Today i have recieved an email from cloudflare saying “We could not add to your account because your nameservers (NS) are not yet pointing to Cloudflare.” and offered to set nameservers to nora ns cloudflare and norman ns cloudflare which are located in USA and my web app is running in EU. I am have no problems and it feels like its false possitive email from cloudflare. they even advice me to check for more details in my dashboard, but guess what, its all good there and no problems. But question is why did they send it to me? And if this advie actually means something? dont get it. Thanks for any answers

Without knowing the domain the community can’t provide any assistance in determining if there is an issue. Do the nameservers match the pair in the account which is marked as Active in Cloudflare?

Cloudflare’s nameservers don’t actually exist in any meaningful fashion. DNS is answered from each of the hundreds of colos they have through the magic of anycast.

But question is why did they send it to me?

Usually, this email is sent when a domain is added to a new account. Can you check that the email you received this message on is the same that you use for your Cloudflare account?

If not, someone might have created a new account.
