Updating a Pages site deployed via drag & drop

If I deploy a Pages site using the drag & drop interface can I subsequently update the site using Wrangler? I’m aware of GitHub Actions, Travis, etc, but I will only be performing occasional updates and simply deploying pre-built assets myself at the command would work for me.
