Updating 2FA for User with Lost Device

I have a user that lost their 2FA device so I’d like to blow out their previous 2FA creds and have them re-initialize. I’ve tried deleting the user and re-creating them, but it seems that Cloudflare “remembers” the email address and the prior associated 2FA so they can’t get in. Is there something I can do to reset just their 2FA or is this something I need customer support to help me with? #security
