Updated wrong domain to pro plan

What is the name of the domain?

I wrongly updated truezone.io to pro. I need to switch pro plan to truekyc.io

What is the issue you’re encountering

I accidentally upgraded the domain truezone.io to the Pro package. I kindly request that the Pro package be transferred to the truekyc.io domain.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Still no update… Can anyone at billing team check the ticket and fix my issue please.

It’s been 10 days since the ticket was created and there is still no response. If you do not have a support team, please state this clearly and we will not create a ticket for no reason.

There is billing support. They are just very busy right now. Please be patient.

You will most likely need to purchase the new plan for the correct domain regardless of when and how your request is handled. If any credit is offered it tends to be applied against fiture billling, not the initial purchase.
