Updated my DNS but its not point to my new site

It is still pointing to my old provider, after switching from BoldTrail to Lofty

Unfortunately the site is down for a bit of maintenance right now. Please check back again soon.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Updated the DNS records to reflect the new website. I don’t know where to change nameservers if I need to.

I followed these Directions.

Inside Real Estate was my old website provider and that is where it keeps pointing

Right now, the site is redirected to https://s3.amazonaws.com/kunversion-platform/outage/unavailable.html which shows the site unavailable message. Are you using Amazon s3 bucket? or it’s resulting because of outage since the page is pointing to? I’m guessing right now :thinking:

No its not pointing to my new provider, the amazon s3 is the old provider.

Right now I see the following website at https://www.whitfieldrealtors.com (screenshot below).

But https://whitfieldrealtors.com (ie without www) redirects to the website https://lofty.com/
