I updated the DNS records here but the A records aren’t propogating. I’ll attach a screenshot; could you help me figure out what I need to change before they’ll update?
Can you show a screenshot that includes the nameservers assigned to that domain? That is just below what you have shown in the above screenshot.
That account is not the one that currently controls your domain.
That domains current nameservers are:
beth.ns.cloudflare.com
jeff.ns.cloudflare.com
Do you maybe have another Cloudflare account?

I’m the designer, working on updating the site for my client. I can connect with the person who set up her account a few years ago – I’m assuming that would answer the question about the other Cloudflare accounts.
Because this is new to me, could you give me guidance on what to ask or clarify from here?
Well, I cannot tell you that much, just that the account in your screenshot is not currently connected to that domain. There has to be another Cloudflare account.
