Update WHOIS URL or create a lookup page

Hello,

Cloudflare still links WHOIS to whois.icann.org

But ICANN has switched its website to https://lookup.icann.org/ for a long time.

And ICANN Lookup does not cover all TLDs, maybe Cloudflare should create its own Lookup page.

Or just link to https://www.whois.com/whois/ which seems to be more universal.
