What is the isssue you’re encountering

I tried to update the “A” records for my domain and was able to update 3 (I think), but the other 2, when I try to - I get a message saying “record already exists”

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I don’t know - because I’m not a web developer. I got an email from my web domain provider - and they said I needed to do this.

In your screenshot it looks like you are trying to change an A record for www to point at 38.88.82.215. But you already have an A record for www pointing to that IP address so, as the error says, the record already exists.

It’s showing 5 different “a” fields that I have to update, and I was only able to update 3 of the 5. The last 2 show that error code when I try to update them.

You can’t have multiple records with the same name and the same IP address.

If you had three different IPs before and now you only have one, you need to delete the two other records with the old IP.
