You need to contact Cloudfare.com

and inform them like need to update the A record.

Then they will update the A record for you

and after updating there will be propagation time.

Then your website will work fine as well as WordPress Dashboard.

Who is your hosting provider?
Can you ask them for the IP address for your hosting account?
When they provide it to you, then you would need to update your A www and A yourdomain.com records at Cloudflare dashboard.
