I bought the domain name from Cloudflare, but then I deleted the Nameserver, now how to update it again?
You can’t even change the nameserver of a Cloudflare Registrar domain, so I’m not exactly sure what you mean by deleting the nameserver.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish? And can you share the domain in question so we can take a look?

What is your domain name?
Did you delete the nameserver (+1 to @GeorgeAppiah I also do not know what that means) or did you actually delete & re-add the website (zone, site, domain)?
We only see the screen you shared if you’re viewing/adding the domain to a different account or in the instance described above.

This screenshot shows different nameservers than the ones assigned by the account where your domain is registered. You are quite possibly logged into the wrong Cloudflare account. Have you ever used an Apple ID to log in?
