Update DNS records via api

I want to update my IPv4 DNS address via the API, however despite reading the documentation, I don’t know where to find the following information shown in bold;
https://api.cloudflare.com/client/v4/zones/023e105f4ecef8ad9ca31a8372d0c353/dns_records/372e67954025e0ba6aaa6d586b9e0b59" \

The example which I am trying to follow is;

curl -X PUT "https://api.cloudflare.com/client/v4/zones/023e105f4ecef8ad9ca31a8372d0c353/dns_records/372e67954025e0ba6aaa6d586b9e0b59" \
     -H "X-Auth-Email: [email protected]" \
     -H "X-Auth-Key: c2547eb745079dac9320b638f5e225cf483cc5cfdda41" \
     -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
     --data '{"type":"A","name":"example.com","content":"","ttl":{},"proxied":false}'

The first is your zone ID, which you find on the Overview screen.

The second one is your record ID, which you get when you create the record, respectively when you list the records via https://api.cloudflare.com/#dns-records-for-a-zone-list-dns-records.

Thank you @sandro
All working now!
