Update CNAME Records

Hi there.

I am trying to install Litespeed cache but a message come up when installed the plugin.

Caching functions on this page are currently unavailable!

** To use the caching functions you must have a LiteSpeed web server or be using QUIC.cloud CDN.**

so i signed up with QUIC.cloud (let me know if i made a wrong move) and it’s asking me to Update CNAME Records: .
Now, my question is. Which one do i change https://snag.gy/cgZEHV.jpg (believing that is the www) and by changing it will it issues to Cloudflare?

Please let me know if any of the above steps is wrong doing,

Not those. Typically, they would want a CNAME along the lines of the below. Don’t take my word for it, as I don’t use quick.cloud, but I bet they just want a CNAME from your domain to their domain’s CDN.
