I set up a personal website through another hosting company (SiteGround) many years ago. I let that website lapse a year ago, and SiteGround removed my website from their domain. However, my website is still showing up on the Internet. SiteGround says my website is registered through Cloudflare, but I never did that. How can I remove my website from Cloudflare?

If you let the domain lapse, it isn’t yours anymore. If someone is publishing your copyrighted content, you may want to file a DMCA takedown request.

How do I file a DMCA takedown request, or is there someone I can hire to help me do that?
You can certainly hire an attorney, but I recommend reading the Cloudflare documentation that I linked to first. You can also do a web search if you want more information. There is a lot of good information already available.
