Hello Cloudflare team and community,
I’m experiencing a serious issue with one of the websites we manage, https://livelagadas.gr.
Over the past few days, multiple users have reported that when they try to visit the site, they are stopped by a Cloudflare CAPTCHA (“Verify you are human”) screen. However, in addition to the standard check box, the page shows suspicious instructions asking the user to open the Windows Run tool and paste a verification command.
Here is a screenshot of the issue (attached):
It says:
Cloudflare protection – verify with code: 1FZ-BAP
and asks the user to press Win + R and paste it in the Run dialog.
This does not appear to be part of any official Cloudflare behavior and might indicate:
a malicious script injection, or
a compromised DNS/CDN proxy, or
a browser-level adware or MITM attack.

IP / Region: [optional – you can state just “Greece” or leave blank]
We have run a security scan on the machine (Malwarebytes) and found traces of credential and data exposure in previous breaches, which makes us extra cautious about this.
Can someone from Cloudflare please confirm:
Whether this behavior is legitimate (which we doubt),
And whether our domain or session was hijacked or routed through a rogue node?
Thank you in advance. We’re available to provide more technical details if needed.
Best regards,
