Unstable access to site wia CloudFlare

Last week we had problems using CloudFlare services.
Site dev.h24.ua

We get errors 403 502 and others.

Here is an example of an error while receiving the file:
When we receive the file /assets/img/preview.jpeg from the server, we get a 403 error.
But directly downloading this file is a file without any problems.

When we set the DNS record mode to DNS only, access to the site is successful.

Error increased two times from 30 dec and we turned off CF proxy
