I’m reaching out to inquire about a refund for a Business Plan purchase I mistakenly made in early January 2023 using my previous email address. I contacted Cloudflare support on the same day, and after several follow-ups, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 5-7 business days.
Unfortunately, due to a busy schedule, I missed confirming if the refund was successfully processed at that time. While I can log in to my account with my previous email, I am unable to access the Community section. I replied to the email from support, only to realize that support is no longer conducted through email. Additionally, the credit card I used for the purchase has been deactivated. I have a screenshot of the email from support confirming the refund details, and I also have records of all the conversations I’ve had regarding this issue.
Could anyone assist me in verifying if the refund was issued and provide any transaction confirmation details? If the refund hasn’t been processed, is it possible to arrange a transfer to an alternate account instead?

On 1/17/23 my colleague confirmed on ticket 2663596 the courtesy refund was approved and let you know to check with the issuer of your card if you have any questions as to the status of the refund. For the Support team to further research the issue, they need to do so on a new ticket as asked by @harshinik .
Once you have that ticket if you can share it here, we’ll flag it for our colleagues in Billing Support.
