Unresolved billing problem

There is still no solution to the payment problem. That’s why I started to have problems with the services I use (it took more than 1 month). Can I move the existing domains to a different account and buy the services again through this account?

(By the way, Cloudflare broke my heart and shook my trust a lot :broken_heart:)

Sorry for the issues I don’t think I know which is the different account and which is this account and suspect we need to get Support involved.
