I’m trying to help a friend who is using CF as their registrar.
The domain status is pendingDelete (expired in April).
When they tried manually renewing the domain, the expiry remains the same so we submitted a support ticket last week.
Support has asked to upload a HAR file (which has been uploaded) but no response since then.
I’m not sure what we should do now. We tried different browsers, internet connections and different payment methods. We are hoping the ticket (1918222) goes through the correct channels.
