What is the issue you’re encountering

Unable to resolve the unpaid issue. Unable to register a new domain.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

1. I have registered a new credit card
2. I have registered PayPal as a backup payment method
3. I have downloaded an unpaid invoice. I clicked on ‘pay online’ but it says ‘invalid link’ and won’t take me any further.

I changed my payment information, but cloudflare isn’t trying to take my payment again.
