You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid
What is the issue you’re encountering
I want to upgrade my subscription to pro but i cannot proceed since there is an unpaid invoice. I have tried to pay for this invoice but can’t since the link has expired
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I tried to contact [email protected] to be assisted but they mentioned they are no longer accepting billing issues at that email address.
