I find a lots of unknow cname, like games, images, help, they all are pointed to domain server. Why? Domain support doesnt know why.Can i delete it?

Likely when you added your domain to Cloudflare the wildcard matched all the DNS records Cloudflare checked for.
If you have no need for them you can delete them.
