What is the issue you’re encountering

The certificate is not function as it is stuck in the state “Pending Validation (Error)”. Something similar happened before (Timed Out Validation (Error) xn--l-5ga.st reported as potential risk: virus_total), where I was able to contact support (with the help of @Cyb3r-Jak3 and @louise2) and they resolved it (no idea how).

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I disabled Universal SSL and enabled it again. No change.

Sorry for the trouble on this. I’ve updated your USSL settings.

Please Disable, then re-enable Unversal SSL at the bottom of your Edge Certificates dashboard settings page, and that should issue that zone a new certificate.

It should refresh within an hour. If not, please post back here and let us know.
