Universal SSL Status Certificate Pending Validation over 12 hours

Hi,

I have setup this domain with Cloudflare like I have setup so many others and get the " Great news! Cloudflare is now protecting your site".

I Crypto, I still get, “Universal SSL Status** Certificate Pending Validation” after 12 hours.

I have already installed a free TLS certificate signed by Cloudflare to installed it on the origin server without errors and it is set to Full (Strict).

The issues is with the Universal SSL.

Any ideas how to resolve this? The domain name is https://minibins.com

The zone was added at 2019-03-22T00:20:03Z. Zone was activated at 2019-03-22T02:17:03Z and a cert requested. Zone was removed by zone owner at 2019-03-22T12:48:58Z. We typically suggest that SL issuance can take up to 24 hours.
