Universal SSL Status - Authorizing Certificate .. for days


I started a paid subscription for a domain of mine, running a Magento shop.
Followed the guide activate WAF for Magento, and setup Page Rules… then turned on SSL in “Flexible” mode. Waited +24 hours, nothing happened. Now changed to “Full” as I think this is correct, and more than 24 hours waiting… nothing going on.

Is there some way to check if something in this proces has stalled?

Hi @martin11, I suspect it’s a matter of ssl being enabled for a long enough period of time for the process to complete. If you have a certificate on your origin server, Full works. If not, I’d set SSL to flexible and give it the full 24 hours. If you want to multi task and get in the support queue, Login & go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?account=support, that may be a good precaution, but I suspect you’ll get an automated reply with some tips on SSL and then a bit later an engineer will confirm SSL is working. But, it does not hurt to get in the queue.
