Universal SSL on only 1 site not other

#1

I have strict SSL applied to my first site - working fine.

I have tried applying the Strict SSL to 2nd site, but I do not see universal certificate assigned to me. I have downloaded the created Certificated the same way I have created the certificate for the first site. Certificate installation on the server is done correctly.

My second site is giving this error and is not accessible at all.
Error = " This site can’t be reached

www.smartnhappy.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN "

smartnhappy.com isn’t using Cloudflare…yet. WHOIS for that domain shows NS1.BH-13.WEBHOSTBOX.NET

It’s using CName records to use cloudflare not full DNS settings.

That’s a DNS issue at Webhostbox. Though I’m a little confused as to why the root domain points to a Webhostbox IP address, but you want the www to CNAME to a Cloudflare site.

Once that’s worked out, where are you putting the created certificate for this second site? It would have to be on a Cloudflare fronted site.
