The Universal SSL Certificate on our website recently expired and does not seem to want to renew. We have tried disabling Universal SSL and re-enabling it again to force it to issue a new certificate but this results in the same expired certificate being issued.

I’ve found via other threads here that if I disable “Universal SSL” and wait a few minutes, when I turn on it shows the edge certificate is expired.
Someone suggested it might happen with embargoed TLDs, but this TLD is not embargoed (.com.br)
Then others, without providing a proper explanation just shun the problem in favour of installing a Let’s Encrypt.

I’m having same issue as this closed thread:
I have a bunch of domains on my Cloudflare account but only two of them have this issue. Affected domains are .com
I tried these but no luck:
I disabled and re-enabled the universal certificates;
I removed domains and added them back.
I’m on a Pro account. I created a technical ticket 6 hours ago but I didn’t get any reply yet besides a generic bot message.
I appreciate if someone could escalate my ticket.

I have had to grey cloud the website to get it back online as even with SSL disabled in CF the following error was encountered:
Is the issue solved? I see your site is on SSL currently.
