Universal SSL not being issued after re-enabling

I have had Universal SSL disabled on the domain for some time but I recently re-enabled it, however, no universal SSL certificates have been generated for the domain. I can’t see any obvious errors or misconfigurations on the Dashboard and I have other similarly-configured domains which are working fine with universal SSL.

Which suggests to me that it should be issuing a cert, however the Dash still shows “No certificates.”

Run through all the KBs and other posts I can find but nothing that gives me any useful steps to take beyond what I’ve already tried.
