Universal SSL not activating, even after following the community posts

I alreaddy followed Community Tip - Fixing SSL ERROR NO CYPHER OVERLAP in Mozilla

  • my origin server works without SSL.
  • the SSL option is set to flexible,

I already started over 3 times, each with more than 24h overlap. But the universal edge certificate stays “pending validation”.
The dns in cloudflare is orange.

I had ticket 2352061 opened and closed directly by automation on monday.
the domain is cardanservicenetwork.com
