Universal SSL issue and unable to disable it

Dear,

I face to following issue :

https://european-military-aircrafts.net works.
But not https://www.european-military-aircrafts.net where I get following message :
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH”.

I found here some help telling I may disable Universal SSL , wait for 5 minutes and then re-enable it.
(note: there is no certificate listed in Edge Certificates)

How ever, when I click on “disable Universal SSL” I get the message “SSL is not allowed on this zone (Code: 1001)”.

That domain looks like it is using Bluehost’s nameservers indicating you’re on a partial setup with Cloudflare.

Can you visit the Bluehost control panel and disable Cloudflare on each of your orange-clouded DNS records, and then enable them again?
