1. Turned “Universal SSL” off and on
2. Checked the domain at virustotal.com, got 0 suspicious or malicious reports

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Flexible

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Turn “Universal SSL” off and on, and instead of “Active” status of the Universal SSL ceritificate the status is “Pending Validation (Error)” with the “мойдагестан.онлайн reported as potential risk: virus_total” description

Yes, several times.

What SSL settings have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your domain name?

I have the following: Current encryption mode: Flexible

Before moving to Cloudflare, was your Website working over HTTPS connection?

Yes.

After moving to the Cloudflare, the website worked normally with “Full” encryption mode and “Proxied” domain mode, but then (I belive after Universal certificate change) it stopped working, so I switched encryption mode to “Flexible” and domain to “DNS-Only”

I would like to return to “Full”/“Proxied”, but I can’t because of the error in the original post.
