Universal SSL Expired

I have created a support ticket however it appears the Universal Certificate on my site appears to have expired. We have followed guidance from other users for disabling this and re-enabling the service however this hasn’t helped or reissued a valid certificate.

Anyone else experienced this before and managed to resolve it?

Support has resolved this now, unfortunately my posts/replies got stuck for moderation for 3hours so couldn’t respond earlier.

We decided to move to edge certificates in the end anyway.
