Universal SSL Expired(Error)

Hi, my website ([Preformatted text](https://foxy.com.co/)) went offline today and the browsers showed “ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH”. So I followed the topics and found that I should be able to Turn off Universal SSL and after a while turn it on again, and a new Edge Cert would be issued. However in my case that doesn’t work and it shows an error:

Im not sure what to do now. Looks like others resolved the problem easly but I’m still stucked here.

PS: I had to Pause Cloudflare on my site.

Any help would be appreciate.

Thanks

Could you please try visiting https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/ssl-tls/edge-certificates and Disable Universal SSL. Wait a moment and then Enable again. You should see the Expired cert be replaced and it should proceed to move to Active state from there.

Hi Simon, thanks. But I’ve already done that. Actually I left it disabled this morning and I clicked on Enable again this afternoon, about 6 hours later, and the same. The cert shows the same Error.

Any other idea?

Thanks
