Universal SSL cert not active after 24 hours

Hello,

I’ve got 2 .nl accounts added with SSL cert active, but when I try to add any .com the SSL won’t get active after 24 hours. Iam running home server with origin SSLinstalled, traffic goes trough a NAS first because iam running multiple websites they get filtered by reverse proxy. The SSL is installed on my NAS too. Domain => Play-l2.com.
