Universal Edge Certificate Pending Validation for days

Universal Edge certificate has been pending validation for days. The domain is currently setup with partial DNS for testing purposes. When attempting to get to site receiving: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Have you tried disabling Universal SSL for ~5 minutes then re-enabling it? Sometimes that works

I already tried disabling and re-enabling but I didn’t wait 5 minutes. I will try now.
