Unexpected response from the server

Whenever i upload a PDF file in my wordpress site, i am getting below error message

“Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check in the Media Library or reload the page”

But this issue in only intermittent, after some time i can able to upload the file.

I tried without cloudflare DNS, there i could not find any issues.

Could someone give the solution how to overcome the issue, this is very frustrating

Have you timed how long it takes before that message shows up? It may be a timeout.
Do you see any information in your server log regarding the transaction?

Its not timeout issue, and I dont see any issue from server side.

I have other sites running from same server, where i dont see any issues. Only one site is having issue
