I made changes to my DNS, changing from Teachable to Clickfunnels, but now my online course doesn’t work without Teachable DNS. I need to restore my DNS settings to how they were before the change. Is there an easy way to copy the previous settings, or simply ‘restore’?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve looked at the audit log, but it’s not clear how to restore settings to what they were previously
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
When records are deleted, the previous content of the record is given in the audit log. When records are edited I don’t think the previous value is shown.
According to this, it would be a CNAME to school.teachable.com, but check with Teachable to be sure.
