I am seeking clarification on the pricing model for Cloudflare’s R2 storage service. Specifically, I’m interested in understanding if the costs are calculated per individual bucket or for all buckets collectively as a whole. From what I gather, R2 charges are based on the total volume of data stored and the types of operations performed. However, I’m unsure if this is aggregated across all buckets under an account or if each bucket is billed separately. Can anyone provide insights or share their experiences regarding this aspect of R2 billing?
The bill is based on the total across the account minus the free usage. Doesn’t matter which buckets they happen in.
