Understanding Cloudflare login

Was able to construct a fairly complex Wordpress site, but I cannot figure out how to log into Cloudflare without using a backup code!

When I log in to Cloudflare, it asks me for a username and password. Those are entered. THEN, it asks for an authenticator code or a backup code.

I have the original backup codes (I think there were 8) and I chose one of those and I am then logged in. Of course, the issue is that these codes are one time use only. So, I only have FOUR more codes to log into my account and then I’m out of codes and I have no authenticator as I don’t see how to get the google authenticator to work.

******. I have figured out how to both regenerate codes but more importantly how to use the google authenicator - so issue resolved.

May I ask have you tried using a different web browser?

I did try a different web browser and this did not resolve this issue - I should have included that in my post. However, I have finally figured out how to use the google authenticator and this produces continuous codes, so this issue is now resolved.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.
