Understanding Applications WARP authentication identity

If I’m understanding correctly, Access > Applications > Authentication > WARP authentication identity

Allow users to log in with their WARP/Gateway session identity. Users need to reauthenticate based on default session durations. WARP authentication identity must be turned on in your device enrollment permissions.

means that users who have already authenticated their WARP connection will not be prompted to authenticate to the Access > Application they are connecting to.

Is this correct?
