Under DDOS attack - Upgraded and Paid Twice I think for Monthly Business $250 Didn’t see a confirmation. Got 2 emails saying the PRO account was cancelled. Need Chat Support to get help stopping attack. How can we get our Account Upgraded FAST and get chat support??? Steve
Hi, I see an annual pro subscription in your account. Chat support is available on our Business plan.
Have you enable Under Attack Mode on

That is the first step.
Next, look at your logs to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/analytics/security/events identify the attack traffic. From there, you can decide how you want to craft a firewall rule to stop them, a rule that blocks by country, ASN, IP etc and then implement that rule as a WAF rule.
Note that even with the Business Plan, you’ll need to create and implement those rules yourself, the team cannot make changes on your account.
I noticed your other thread, these are great resources to use
2 times I clicked to upgrade to the Business Plan from my Cloudflare Back Office. I clicked to pay $250 each time for a month of the business plan. Both times it said successful, but it didnt get upgraded. My site is not working at all now. I did get 2 emails saying the pro plan was cancelled. But it’s still active and I didn’t get upgraded to the Business Plan.
Please check the payment record and upgrade me ASAP so I can have chat support.

I assume you clicked the purchase option from the screen you shared?
Please note that when you will cancel your subscription, it will be considered as delayed downgraded
, which means it will be active until the end of your billing cycle.
What occurs when you downgrade your plan, are you receive the current features of your previous plan through your next billing due date at which time your plan will then downgrade to the lower-level plan.

In my Cloudflare dashboard, I upgraded to $250 for Business yesterday.

I received today that the Pro was cancelled, but it was not.

I received an email today Welcoming me to the BUSINESS plan

When I log in, my dashboard is still on the Pro Plan.
I got this email… but they didnt activate my PRO back office.

We sent you an email about this issue. Please respond there and I will continue to work with you regarding the subscription issue.
Basically, the way our subscriptions work is that your Pro plan is valid for one year. When you changed your mind and decided to move to a monthly Biz plan, the Pro subscription goes into a delayed downgrade process and will cancel only at the end of the year. The Biz plan will then be activated after this Pro plan is cancelled. This is the expected behavior.
I am looking further into this and will continue to work on ticket# 2793862. While I am typing this, I see you have responded to me.
