Under Attack Mode breaks ShipStation connection

Hello, we needed to enable Under Attack Mode and it seems to have broken the connection to ShipStation. Is it possible to whitelist ShipStation while keeping Under Attack Mode enabled?

Here is the error from ShipStation:

As long as you have something to identify the requests by (i.e a specific User-Agent) then you can add a firewall rule with a Bypass action for Security Level - UAM is just a security level that challenges everyone as opposed to the usual thresholds.

Is it possible to do this on the free version of Cloudflare?

We disabled UAM and it still won’t allow ShipStation to connect. This worked fine up until we enabled UAM.

Looks like Bot Fight Mode was the issue. Turned that off and ShipStation was able to connect.
