Under attack also if we have firewall to max

Hi,
what do you do when bot slow down website also if you set firewall to under attack mode?

I mean we keep max protection against ddos but we still receive it.

What do tou do?

p.s. also bot fighting is enable but bot still attack with no problems. Already try to pray but no result

I just use firewall rules that block “bots” and “crawlers” but not known bot (google, bing, Cloudflare, facebook)
